Just saw this on the general forum posted sometime yesterday, suggesting Arum and Warren are thinking of making this fight if Pac gets past David Diaz. What's Khan's chances of beating Pac?
you would have to go with pac, but i got a feel pac will loose to the first decent l/w he faces. that could well end up being khan,
It depends which Pac-Man turns up. The little yellow fella or the erm other little yellow fella. I would give em both a fairly good chance against Khan. I really hope this fight happens but I would be seriously shocked if Warren even mentions it.
:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl There's a thread about it in the general forum, whoever started the thread seemed serious enough about it. Either way it only got a couple of replies so either everyone took it as BS or they couldn't give a **** for Khan on the general forum.
Frank Warren make this fight? Holy **** I would be shocked by that. Sure Pac is now waaay above the division he started and tbh whilst I regard him as a great fighter and p4p 2 I already think hes lost a little bit at 130. Nonetheless his power is frightening. Given the distinct lack of even mediocre punchers on Khans record thus far I cannot see Warren putting him in with Pac on that basis alone.
Not in the near future but with Khan likely to step up to WW and Pacman talking about moving through the weights it could happen in the future.
Eh? Why would it be happening in the distant future if Khan is going up the weights? Pac Mans limit I would assume would have to be at 140 never mind 147. If I were him, Id stop at 135 as it is. If it were going to happen, it would have to happen soon if Khan is indeed going up the weights. Ive heard he wants to go to 140, nothing about WW though.
I posted about this recently after reading Barry McGuigan's newspaper column. He was tipping Khan to face Pacman around September. I'll believe it if and when it happens! I'm more interested in who Khan is going to face next to be honest.
My mistake I meant LWW. I think Pac lost his last fight and should definitely not go higher than 135, but there is always talk of Hatton, De La Hoya etc.
