This should be Khan's next fight without a doubt.

He needs to try and bury the ghost of this fight and prove that the first fight was a fluke (and just for the record I am not saying that it was).

It would also (I believe) have a big enough UK draw to warrant a PPV.

    Problems:
    1. Khan may not actually fancy it
    2. Warren in current dispute over who owns rights to Prescott

Khan just isn't ready (in my opinion) to step up to the likes of Diaz and Marquez. I also think the likelihood will be that Khan will fight for the EBU title. next.

But Khan should push for a Prescott rematch and show us what he is made of, in terms of skill and character.

    Absolutley not.

Roach needs time, the Barrera fight is no gauge of how far Amir has come, but there are glimpses. 3-4 more fights, get him into the top 10, possibly challenging for a title. Only then will I be convinced Roach has done enough to have him face Prescott.

Prescott kicks his ass again, just not as quick as last time.

Khan should have a 1 or 2 tune up fights and then fight for a world title.

He should fight Prescott in his first defense.

I take it that you have doubts over Khan...me too. Hence the need for this fight to happen.

Are there any of his fans (the ones who are proclaiming his greatness after MAB) who think he'll smoke Prescott in a rematch?

Khan should go for Yuri Romonov next, there is no chance in hell Khan / Warren / Roach wants prescott any time soon, if ever, he will cause too many problems for amir no matter how many fights they have.

Is he really going to saying anything else, if asked?

The proof will be in the pudding if the Khan camp want this.

prescott is all wrong for khan, that said, khan would have to operate real close to prescott to prevent the guy doing his looping hooks, if he done this and kept up the short crisp combos with lateral movement i think a stoppage would be on the cards for khan

'He's all wrong for us baby. I saw you beat that man like I never saw no man get beat before, and the man kept coming after you. Now we don't need no man like that in our lives.'

My question is, why doesnt Prescott get a shot at a title, clearly good enough and has done more than the likes of JM and MAB ahd done BEFORE they got a shot

Yes, yes it does. And I would be willing to bet the end result would be different. No way Khan gets gung-ho in the rematch.
