whats it matter? if he tries those pulled machine gun combo punches on prescott hes getting another counter left hook to the head... night night khan does not have thepower to gain the respect of genuine lightweights
No, you're right. Things would be exactly the same. Khan would obviously come out and stand in the centre of the ring and trade with the guy who KO'd him in 54 seconds last time, why not. :-(
He'll get KTFO again in the openning round just take a look at the toldeo fight presscott has a decent work rate at some point with the 3 minutes a jab will connect to khans temple lol
I like how people make these predictions about things that may never happen, and pretend these predictions are somehow set in stone certainties... Yeah, maybe Khan gets KO'd again. Maybe not. But it would be foolish to suggest that the exact same events will occur at the exact same time in the fight like they did last time. It's a fantasy, Khan's gameplan would OBVIOUSLY not be the same, and so the result may or may not be different, I suspect the former.
Khan is a complete joke and fraud until he rematches Prescott. The rematch will be the same as the first fight with Khan getting his fragile Glass Jaw shattered all over the place.
The thing is that if Khan and Warren want us to buy into the idea that Khan is a future world champ and a real contender then he needs to prove it. That means, among other things, beating Prescott. End of story.
how about we start with a guy his own size, with decent skills and a good dig, nobody notorious but certainly not a journeyman? if he beats him with a good performance, then prescott. but even if he beats prescott does it prove hes world class? NO because prescott isnt world class!!! Khan ha a long way to go to prove hes anything close to brilliant
i reckon it would be a close fight if khan can stay away from prescotts shots and stay closer to prescott to minimise damage then he has a great chance. problem is those two things are very hard to do, its a 50/50 fight prescott with the psycological edge as he knows khan cant handle his shots but khan with the world class trainer and improved defensive skills.
I dont think it needs to happen. and certainly for the love of god, amir khan should not be on PPV at all at this stage. PPV for khan, whats next? PPV for James degale?!!
I agree Prescott is not world class, far from it, which only goes to prove my point. If Khan isn't prepared to fight Prescott or does but gets beaten again, then Warren & Khan should STFU about saying how good he is and that he's gonna be a world champ. Until he proves it everything else is just hype and BS
