First things first for Witter- he needs to win this weekend. Then if he wins I hope this fight happens as it's a huge domestic barnstormer, IMO (and yes I did say barnstormer). Maybe at the Reebok in Bolton at a time catered for US TV?

They may be interested in Khan, but when they hear of Witter all they can think of is the Judah fight............

I have Witter a narrow favourite for this weekend. If he gets a unification fight against Khan I'd have him as a clear favourite.

Well, as time has proven, you don't need both fighters to sell a fight. Maybe they could put the Witter-Khan fight on some sort of undercard and then switch to the states. Roach has some connections that could be put to good use and you also forget that Khan might end up signing with a US promoter:good. It's all speculation ATM, even if US TV doesn't want it, it's still a huge domestic fight:good;).

Khan would win by UD. I like Witter but I think he is past it at top level and Khan would be too quick and skillful now.

Witter should try and get a fight with Hatton.

He's been trying that (or claiming to) for about 5 years now. Sooner or later there has to be a record change.

Yep. Shame the fight never happened. Hard to pick a winner even when both were in prime.

delayed on ShoBox is the best they can hope for. HBO arent touching this and showtime are busy with the super 6 tournament. out door staduim during the winter is also a no no. probably be at the O2 with ridiculous ticket prices.

I dont think that Khan would go near Witter at 140... to much to lose.. Khan will vacate and go back in with the Lightweights IMO.

Witter was a real banana skin for Hatton and I believe that Ricky would have fought Witter back in the day... I think it was FW who would not let Hatton anywhere near Witter... nowadays Hatton will not give Witter a payday off his name... and as I have always said on here I have fancied Witter everytime against Hatton back then or now...:yep
