Khan vs Barrera Is On!

This is happening.

MAB was supposed to be fighting the winner of Nicky Cook vs Alex Arthur (if the winner was Arthur)..... but it wasn't.....

His next opponent was rejected by the WBO for the interim title, so it would hardly surprise me to see this one. He is a name in the UK as well.

 

Barrera should win this if he isn't just there for the payday. I don't think he's as washed up as some people seem to. He lost on points to the two best fighters in the world. Nothing wrong with that!

 

why not? at least mab is not fighting a no-hoper like the one he fought in china and at least khan is willing to fight someone who is a big step up from any of his opponents even if mab is shot.

i really do not understand you guys who don't like this fight. we demand fights that will be good for boxing and this is obviously good for boxing. it is an interesting fight.

 

Still remember the lesson Barrera gave Hamed! one of my all-time favorite fights!

 

Looks like history is about to repeat itself.

People got to take note Roach must of pushed for this fight as i think Frank would not take the risk, Roach knows how to beat Barrera, Pacman beaten him 2 times.

 

What a gamble by Frank Warren.

If Khan wins he picks up the name of a modern great on his CV and if he loses Khan's career might not ever recover.

This all depends on Barerra's current state. He didn't look shot against Juan Manual Marquez or Manny Pacquiao, simply out boxed by two excellent fighters. And it goes without saying that Khan is nowhere near the best Barerra has fought and Barerra is a BIG step up for Khan.

Roach advise for Amir if he will fight against MAB.

1. Don't let him break the glass.
2. Stay away from cheap shots.

 

Pacquiao just has Barerra's number.

Khan won't.

 

Bull**** fight , Barrera is waaaaaaaay past it and tiny in comparison to Khan.

The Prescott rematch is the only direction he should be thinking.

Indeed no one could see this one coming, if Khan can pull it off it will be a very big win, I think Khan's speed will be too much for MAB now at 35.

 

the fact that this forum is still divided if mab's shotness or khan's glass jaw will determine the fight makes it more obvious why this fight was made.

this **** is still interesting.

 

If this is true, Khan's carrer can be destroyed - Barrera is 2 much for him, even at this stage of MAB career
