Lets say Bradley loses to Pac(Hes a live dog though) and Khan wins his July fight which is his last at 140. Bradley vs Khan for Khans 147 debut would be a perfect fight. Would be a chance to settle the score and a way for Tim to get back in the mix. Khan would fancy his chances and Mayweather would be next.

Well probably because boxing fans want to see the best fighting the best. Trouble is boxers think along the same lines you do, which is the wrong way to go and the reason we don't get the fights we want.
