LOL Burns would have a tough fight vs Reese. Kotelnik didn't KO Rees til the 12th.

You realize that Broner didn't give a **** about getting hit by Reese, had zero respect for his power and that as a result he threw defense out the window and took liberties right?? Or have you not even been watching boxing for as long as you've been on this site?

Broner toys with a guy and destroys him.... a former champ from the division above, a solid top 10 LW with decent skills and here come the brit brigade hyping up of all people Amir Khan hahahahaha

Brittards are hilarious, it's Hattonmania all over again these days. Delusional as ****. I pray the Burns fight happens for a smack back to reality.

I'd do a ban bet on any Broner fight with for the next 5 years......he'll beat them all if they fight him- Matthysse, Rios, Garcia, Guerrerro, you name it, come find me and I'll be glad to watch you leave the site permanantly.

Still on the fence (kinda') on this with a lean towards Khan because I don't know how Broner's power -- which is impressive currently -- will translate up to 140. Not that you need to be a monstrous puncher to hurt Khan, but just that your chances improve tremendously if you can bang - especially if Khan employs his ambush tactics, where all you'll need to do is time him coming in. That's what Khan's always been vulnerable to - those that aren't afraid of his speed and will punch with him. People always go on about inside fighting bla bla bla, but taking chances to trade with him will yield the best results (ask Prescott and Garcia).

    This is Khan's fight easy...

    Broner is so hyped....

Told ya'll he wouldn't be moving to 140... and when he does no way he will be fighting any of the top guys straight away.

Why are people talking about this fight? It won't happen because Khan will move up to 147 before Broner moves up. Even when Broner moves up, he will be made to take one or two lesser opponents to adjust to the weight.

that was 6 years ago, and burns stopped mitchell who is higher ranked and widely regognised as the number 2 LW in england in 4.

Broner would destroy Khan. Khan't has no defence whatsoever and no chin.

That first punch that floored Rees... that would put Khan't down for the count. There's no way he would get up from that. Granted, Khan't would hurt Broner more than Rees did but he wouldn't be able to take Broner's power.

Plus Khan't lacks the heart and courage of Rees.

Kevin Mitchell has one of the worst chins in boxing.

    Rees is better than Mitchell.

Strange one Mitchell, guy seemed to have plenty of potential and everything culminated in a victory over Prescott, looked as if he got worse from that point onwards. I think Mitchell and Rees at their respective peaks are about equal in ability.

Khan is the jr welterweight that I believe Broner has the easiest time with. (That is well known).

As for the question if Khan was to revert back to the mature boxing that got him victories over Kotelnik and Malignaggi i think he would beat Broner. Broner at this point is an unknown commodity and has never had to deal with a fighter that is not only as quick as himself but maybe a little bit bigger.

Rees isnt as good as mitchell, at their peaks they were similar, Rees was at his peak 6/7 years ago

Shocking how overrated Broner is, maybe Broner can beat khan down the line, but in the coming 1/2 year's He doesnt have a chance to beat Garcia/Mathysse/Khan

Equal in ability with Rees having a far better chin.

It's actually Garcia/Khan/Matthyse who are extremely overrated here. Khan and Garcia especially.
