Khan's a better fight than Collazo and I don't trust Al to open the gates because one of the least relevant fighters on his roster gets a payday. That said I want Khan Brook and Crawford to fight one of your above Haymon managed suggestions.
**** anybody giving Khan shite for this. Fighting a p4p fighter in their prime and he still gets slated for it?!? Bunch of hypocrites.
Funny thing is I actually believe a movited Khan can beat Crawford, it will be funnier if Mikey beats Spence and Khan beats Crawford lol
Exactly. Khan is a KO waiting to happen. And Crawford knows this, which is why it is so disappointing he would call out Khan. Khan doesn't prove a thing with Crawford. Crawford is not getting any younger. So far Postol is his biggest scalp and that's not saying much. Gamboa, though undefeated when Crawford fought him, was 32 and had a hell of a lot of miles on that smaller body of his. He also buzzed Crawford. Do people understand how much smaller Gamboa is? 65" reach vs Crawford's 74" reach? If people are going to keep raving about Bud he better step up and prove it. That starts with better opponents.
Should be a fun fight for as long as it lasts. Khan will probably get on top, get greedy, then end up doing the chicken jive face plant dance
That's because it is. Crawford will have a tougher time holding back the giggles during the fight from how easy it is playing with Khan while he picks up more plaudits for putting away another lame.
Khan is a better boxer than either of Brook or Crawford. That said, it's doubtful he can beat either one. There's them shake whiskers....
While this is likely a tko for Crawford at this point in Khan’s career, all respect to Khan taking on a top 3 p4p fighter. Guy has really challenged himself in recent years. Can’t knock him. For Crawford it’s a substandard fight against a name but not awful. He isn’t getting the pbc guys anyway.
Khan can come back to Brook any time. Might as well take on the bigger name if you get a chance. Can’t blame a guy for making as much money as he can before calling it a day.
I don't think he will, though. The current version of Khan does well for the first two rounds, and then just seems to run out of ideas.
