Khan Vs Gainer for Sep 6th

If you check Gainers record, since 2000 he has only lost to Corrales, JMM and Chris John. I know he is way past his prime but I still think he will give Khan plenty of problems. Khan will still probably win by mid KO but he will have to get up off the floor....again!

So that is better than most of the tomato cans Khan has fought so far. Although Gainer is obviously much older now.

 

He is a decent opponent for any fighter Khan’s age you spactards.

 

he's a decent opponent for your average upper echelon domestic class fighter a couple of years from the bigtime, but not for someone "on the verge" of a world title shot.

 

gainer was never that hot to begin with how he deserves a fight with khan only F warren knows. still I hope he gets a retirement gift and knockes khan out

 

Where is Amir being led? He's been promising us a continual step up in the class of opponent and all we get is a succession of average or past their best fighters....Looks like Warren is trying to keep the '0' for his cashcow a little longer......the sooner someone wipes out the smug little **** the better.

 

Soon I am going to wake up and find this is all just a bad dream. Its fairly reprehensible for Warren to be feeding Khan feather fisted lightweights and shot super feathers, but to serve up a bona fide, aged, career featherweight is completely disgusting regardless of his pedigree. Warren should have his licence taken off of him, this is not match making its fraud.

 

Gainer's had just two fights at Lightweight, both against limited opposition and both SD wins for Gainer. His last fight was on 14th July 2007, more than a year ago. His opponent for that fight, Carlos Navarro, has been knocked out by Bobby Pacquiao!

Anyway, Khan is a joke if he takes this fight.

 

he has only lost to world class opposition in the past 10 years! not bad opponent in my opinion.........but it should be murray!
