Now that Kell has proven himself he has deserved the right to be mentioned along the same lines as Khan. Khan can beat Guerrero and line up a fight with Mayweather for next May. The Brook fight is always there even after the fight with Mayweather. Or he can fight Brook and get the IBF title and have a unification bout in with Mayweather in May too. What's the better option?
He should take the Brook fight they would do big numbers in the UK. Guerrero brings very little money and a very little threat .
Khan vs Brook is definitely the better option. It will guarantee serious money and attention(which Khan wants) and a major world title to officially clear the way for a fight with Mayweather/Maidana II winner. The WBC, WBA and IBF titles will be on the line, there's nothing more Khan could ask for. However, Khan will go for the Guerrero fight. Anyone that seriously believes Khan's recent twitter challenge to Brook needs to spend at least 10-15 minutes looking up Khan's history on twitter when it comes to calling out fighters he doesn't really want to fight. He knows Brook will give him the finger(which Khan did to Brook previously) which is why he's barking at the moment.
I beg to differ. Guerrero is obviously not a huge money fight but it's a win over him which will guarantee Khan a Mayweather fight. Also Guerrero is a tougher option than Kell Brook. For the record, Khan did not say anything on twitter, he said it like on TV that he will take the fight.
A Brook fight will generate a lot more hype and money and would also be for a title so that's the obvious choice. The only reasons to fight Guererro instead are if Brook refuses/is unreasonable in negotiations or if Khan doesn't believe he can beat Brook.
Guerrero could be and will be easily outboxed! That fight should be a cake walk for Khan imo..Brook is better technically ..The. Ghost is to hittable he needs to be in with fighters that cater to his style. Brook Khan is a bigger and right now there is also more incentive ,Brook has a title .
