Khan vs JMM - Who wins? (June 2010 poll)

JMM to win this one i think. Just feel even though Khan is improving he just isnt there yet,and i dont think he will even risk trying to knock out JJM he will just hide behind the jab again. But you knever know and what weight they fight at will be a huge factor in this. should be a good fight though!! Plus JMM has to get through Diaz first!! (think he will)

 

Khan has a title at 140 and can't make 135 anymore. Marquez would like a title at 140. There's only one possible or plausible weight for this to happen at.

 

I hate to say it but Khan.

Khan is bigger, has a big reach advantage is faster, and freddy has tightened up his defense. Before JMM would have a chance but he is getting older. They are careful with Khan and more than anything, Freddy wouldnt take the fight unless he was very confident in a Khan win. They hadnt taken it yet for a reason they are waiting for JMM to age further and by the time they take it Freddy will know Khan can take him.

 

JMM's last wins are good given his age and that he was at 126 for the longest time... but Khan is a much bigger guy and that speed will give him problems. JMM was able to break Diaz and Casa down but he only has so many big wins left and he did take a lot of punches before making adjustments with Diaz. Roach will have Khan on the outside using his reach and that fast Jab and JMM will be well behind on points mid fight and I dont think he will be able to catch up with Khan. Freddy will have Khan being cautious and holding if they get close, JMM wont be able to stop him

 

So you think Marquez will win?

 

I do. It's funny that all Mayweather has to do is fight a guy and then all of a sudden that guy is past it and on the downslide atsch If the Marquez that fought Diaz shows up, he will beat Khan

 

When will Tomato Khan ever fight someone who isn't either shot, bloated, or feather-fisted. I mean it's getting beyond the joke now. This guy is meant to be a 140lb world champion.

 

Khan by UD. If Malignaggi could barely land jabs on Khan then I don't see Marquez being able to land anything of great effect on Khan. Add that to Khans reach and speed advantage and it will probably look around as one sided as his fight with Mayweather.

 

So u think marquez isnt a worthy opponent? So he was a worthy opponent for arguably the best fighter on the planet in floyd yet hes not for khan? We all know u hate khan but u shouldnt let ur bias cloud ur judgement. And for the record of the thread, i voted khan in the previous poll and i vote khan again. Hell be p4p top ten by the end of 2011 and wouldnt surprise me if hes p4p best by 2012
