To be fair though none of Khan's last few fights have been boring. They have been good to watch for quality boxing (Kotelnik/Mallignagi)

Point taken but its still a quality matchup and a very sellable fight in the UK. Katsidis is a know commodity here. If they can make the fight then they should.

The guy said hell be realsing it after benavidez's next fight which is on the 29th. Hes released a few other vids in the past, the ones I remember being Benavidez ''beating up'' Shawn Porter and Mike Dallas. People should believe it, Benavidez is a beast.

To be fair though, the only other viable opponent is lamont peterson (Bradley's best win). Of course that wouldnt sell in the UK. If he is fighting in July then its either gonna be Prescott or Kats. Anyway Khan was only a lightweight last year as well, people talk about how big he is but thats only dimensions, I really doubt that he puts on that much after weigh in. Maybe kats wont be able to overpower khan like he did with Mitchel, but it would still be a good test with all the pressure he brings and perfect prep for maidana.

Will be intersting to see what weight this would be at ~ probably LWW so i hope Katsidis' power carries to the weight,it should do.IMO kats will give Khan a real hard time especially for the first half of the fight (if it lasts that long) and if he lands a bomb we all know what is gonna happen :nut
It will be a tough fight but once again Khan/Khans promoter will have matched him with a naturally smaller guy,for me he should be fighting Bradley or Alexander and until he does fight guys of his own natural size his record/legacy will always have question marks against it.I've got nothing against Khan btw i just want him to prove himself against the best at his natural weight division

I see Kats stalking Khan for around 4 or 5 rounds relentlessly, Khan eventually makes a mistake and gets KOd in the 6th.

Given that it looks like the July 31st date needs to be filled we arn't going to get a Alexander or a Bradley. Kats will do for now.

    Katsidis - 5'7
    Bradley - 5'6
    Alexander - 5'7

Katsidis is taller bro. So I don't see any problem with this matchup whatsoever.

This is a very ideal learning fight for Khan, i could see him possibly stop Katsidis early.
