Your opinion is respected, but I don't think Khan could ever beat Mayweather. In fact, I don't think he could even be able to make it a competitive fight. Khan is a VERY good fighter, but Mayweather is way better than him. It's not luck that Mayweather is the only fighter people give a chance with Pac in the ring. That says a lot. Khan is nowhere near their level.

I think people are reading to much into Khan's defensive mistakes vs Maidana, Floyd is no Maidana as in he wont be hunting Khan down for 12 rounds willing to take what Khan's got in order to land his shots no, this will be a boxing chess match and when it comes to pure boxing your also in Khan's zone.

Think back to the Paulie fight, Khan was setting everything off his jab and controlling the fight, not to say Paulie is as good as Floyd or has the same style as Floyd but Pauile is a pure boxer but Khan has no problems with pure boxers.

Khan would be faster, bigger than Floyd, I also feel Floyd is losing his legs.

I love to see Floyd slip, duck, block some of Khan's shots not happening Khan WILL land on Floyd more than most, and i also feel the mainly U.S style low leading hand which i think is a flawed stance which like Paulie's fight Khan will expose due to his fast jab right down the middle.

You see Khan has the speed advantage, Speed when used in the right way is unstoppable, it cuts reaction time, skill, defence all what Floyd relies on is something Khan's speed will not respect.

Most people will be picking Floyd and rightly so, but me as a Khan fan have to go with my man to make history.

If it's a chess match in the middle of the ring, and Khan is doing well, then Mayweather will probably walk Khan down behind a high guard. This is what he did against Judah and Mosley, the two fastest opponents he's ever faced. Khan would really have to improve his footwork, especially his tendency to walk straight back.

Floyd has a tendency to leave his left hand low against shorter opponents with shorter arms. I noticed he did this a lot against Hatton and Baldomir. Against taller opponents, or guys whose power he respects (Corrales, Mosley, DLH), he keeps his guard higher. He kept in low early on against Shane and got caught with that right in round 2, so he changed to a high guard after that.

So I see him doing this if he's getting caught when leaving the left hand low.

If Roach can really get Khan to improve in this area in the next few fights then its a great move for him.

Yeah I have also seen Floyd have his guard higher at times, these are the little things in chess, If Khan can make Floyd keep his guard high it opens little windows for Khan to focus in other areas like now the unprotected body due to Floyd having his guard higher.

Man this would be a insane fight, I just hope Khan keeps improving his game under Roach so IF he ever fights Floyd he can at least give Floyd a real test.

Khan CAN win, it's just not highly probable.

I give him a fair chance at getting some rounds though.

Btw, it's always a safe bet to bet against mayweather in potential fights because since you know he is historically the biggest coward in boxing's 100+ year history, there is no chance he will fight the opposition and prove you wrong.

i see him fight with malinaggi..his style perfectly suits mayweather who leaves
one side open. khan throws many punches which will put PBF on tight defense'
But i do not see it as a good fight because both are space users they moved
too much and are very very cautious..khan will initiate the attack doing a
3 to 4 combinations then backout. Mayweather throws punches in spurts but
not too many...so by throwing as many punches by khan then backing out , he
    will be ouboxing mayweather.

in 2012 I give khan 50%, depending on how he improves this year.
His style and lenght will give mayweather problems.

at this point in time, Floyd beats the **** out of khan, his **** defence and less than impressive chin will prove fatal, Floyd by mid round KO, now if the fights happens in ove a year or see, it could be much closer
