Peterson is an idiot if he turned down $300,000.

Khan's waiting for this thread to reach 50 pages before he announces that he's fighting Erik Morales.

I wouldn't be so sure. Granted its more than he's ever made.. but Peterson's people know Khan is desperate, and that he's probably the only remaining opponent that everyone involved in the decision approves of, if played well he could make a very good sum of money

It better not be witter, mccloskey or katsidis.

One is shot, one is unknown and one is coming off a brutal beatdown at lightweight by a guy who is supposedly too small himself for khan.

Needs to be peterson, murray or prescot.

I am pretty sure Witter can be ruled out, Sky refused him. Prescott can be ruled out as TK won't even entertain the idea, and have openly stated so.

So it's Murray, Peterson, Mccloskey.. (assuming talks would be reopened)

I think prescot being the cheapest option could sway team khan's thinking.

You'd think so but oddly they refuse to entertain the idea at all, they won't even talk to him. Like someone else said, its possible they are saving the promotional value of it for another time

If Peterson gets $400k+ or something, his negotiators are geniuses.

There's bugger all as it is!

Prescott will lose to any fighter that moves, instead of standing in front of him all night.

He's not that big a puncher and he can't box to save his life.

Steve Kim said the opponent is either Peterson or Mccloskey.
