    This.

Also don't wanna see Mosley being used in this way. He should stay retired.

Couldn't agree more. People use the Mayweather fight as an example of Shane still being dangerous, but for 95% of that fight he was an old man who couldn't let his hands go. Then the Mora fight speaks for itself, and that sorry assed showing against Pacquiao should be the book closed on Mosley.

Few modern fighters have a resume as tough as Shane's, and it's foolish to think that all those fights haven't had an affect on him. Against Khan, he'd never get into range and it would be as big a stink as the Manny fight.

It's not just that, he was sparring hard from when he was a nipper, against the likes of Chavez Sr! He is shot to ****!

Absolutely, the guy was a legendary gym warrior. If anything that's why hi reputation is still so high - he was beating the **** out of older, established fighters while he was putting together a decent LW resume.

I love Shane, so I have no interest in some half-wit second rater like Khan profiting off his name when he'd have been flattened by him five years ago.

The Shane that beat Oscar the first time would have ruined Khan forever.

true but i think because mosley is so highly regarded its leaves even more of a bitter taste, hardcore fans hate the idea of an average world champ beating an all time great especially when he is way way past it. this is what khan and mosley is..

bang, winning post...boxing shoots itself all the time....why cant they sort out 140 for once...let them all duke it out 2012...

    peterson-khan II WBA, IBF

    bradley - morales WBO, WBC

    Winner of both fight- done.

**** that - Morales doesn't deserve to be in there. Bradley, by all rights, should hold the WBC and IBF titles too at this point.

Bradley vs. Peterson II - for the WBA, IBF & WBO alphabelts and The RING belt. Let Khan move up to 147lbs like he claimed he was going to prior to the Peterson fight - but no fights against shot fighters. I'd rather see him against Jan Zaveck or Selcuk Aydin. At least then he'd be fighting a decent opponent that'd give him grounds for a title shot in his next fight. It'd mean more than beating up a shot Mosley.

I really have a problem with this.

Whatever you say about Khan it's quite clear Bradley ducked him, now that he KNOWS he would beat Petersen again he's all for that fight.

I'd rather Petersen didnt humor him tbf.

I'll say it's not "clear" that Bradley ducked him. It's clear Bradley knew he'd get paid much more for any fight with Khan if he wasn't tied to Gary Shaw, and sat out his contract until he was able to sign with Top Rank. I think the suggestion Bradley would be afraid to fight Khan is amusing - as Bradley has fought the better competition at 140lbs for a lot longer than Khan has. He's now looking to secure fights with big pay cheques, which is something Gary Shaw can't provide him.

Joke fight, Khan's so called team should pick a proper opponent, who is not shot. If Peterson doesn't want it, then Maidana 2 would be good. No-one's buying Khan vs old man Moseley.

If Peterson don't get picked by Pacman then Khan's offer of around $1.5m is a very good cut, if Peterson don't take that he is mad, fighting Bradley won't get him that also.

If Morales wants to remain a champion at 140 then he needs to fight top comp, that WBC belt would look cool on Khan. :yep
