    My mistake , guess he just jumps the ratings with the WBA , easier fight then torres.

    Rees was highly ranked at Super Feather once and got a WBA In a higher division so maybe it can.:yep

    Yes, that was because Mbaye and Rees were Warren fighters and Mbaye's opponent pulled out late... Will Franky pull the same trick?
