Anyone fancy his chances on Saturday? This is a big step up in class and St Clair is a former belt holder with a sound chin. Will Amir stay on his toes and pepper him to a 12 round decision? Or will his youth and inexperience earn him his 1st TKO loss?
I think Amir will win and learn in this one. For once this is a Khan fight I'm looking forward to. St. Clair is a naturally smaller man though, so he shouldn't be 'as tough as it gets' for Amir.
I think Khan should win fairly comfortably. Not a threatening opponent (he was a featherweight in 2005) but acceptable at this stage for Khan.
st clair is making all the right noises, but i believe he will be too small. good match up though, much better than the danish geezer.
To be fair, it hardly matters. I'm going to be so drunk after England v Wales in the 6 nations that I'll be asleep before the fight starts...
I got my tickets for England v Ireland two days ago :happy The match is the week after Haye v Macca so my wallet is going to take a pounding in March...
Lucky guy:thumbsup Going to take myself to a few games 5 minutes away at Murrayfield. Wish the Haye fight was more notcie rather than 3 months, would have went otherwise.
No chance Khan is going to be way too young, way too big and way too skilled. If St Clair fights smart, and is still somewhere near his best his experience should carry him through to a points loss Otherwise he'll get TKO'd mid to late
Agree - an improvement on Kristjansen. Apparently ITV have also been concerned about St Clair's "lack of stature" (5ft 4). Happy Birthday Stuey!
If ITV are so concerned, then perhaps they should invest in these for St Clair: http://www.dongfang.co.uk/
