im just being real ive hated khan from day one allways thought he was overrated and i said in many other threads that i believed he was gonna get beat by paulie i didnt think he had the abilitie to beat him plain and simple but he did so he proved me wrong

 

Good win for Khan, but I am not impressed(Malignaggi had zero way to capitalize on Khan's chin). Why wait for Maidana, go get a deal with Alexander whom I think would crush him.

Freddy may be discounting Maidana's power. Khan's face was all marked up from Malignaggi. Khan can't avoid all of those bombs Maidana throws, eventually Khan gets KO'd. Probably while way ahead on the score cards.

 

Maidana had won win of note he did lost to Kotelnik we may be over rating Maidan a bit. He was so sloppy and wide so suseptible to Khans fast straight and very hard shots. Ortiz had Maidan down and in trouble early if Khan jumps on him like Salita he can do something big

Fact is, a washed up Hatton busted up Paulie in exactly the same fashion a year ago. And if you believe Paulie is better now with his new trainer then your easily convinced by his talking.

I think Khan beat a better version of Malignaggi, and in a more impressive fashion too.

 

Khan vs Paulie = good match making for the purpose of making khan look good.
