    It's not because Canelo hasn't been ducking top opposition since his last loss, as much as I hate his ducking of Golovkin he does have a number of top tier wins since he fought Mayweather. Khan doesn't. He's got little to offer if he's not going to face the best opponents and at the moment he has no intention of doing so.

    His last good fight was when he dropped that WBC belt to Golovkin.

    Your right he doesn't have any intention because he loses to them. lol I agree with you Khan is finished I just don't think him fighting Peterson is a bad fight and I don't think him not fighting Brook this time was a bad idea coz we get a better fight which is Spence vs Brook.

    What's wrong with this fight? I think it's a great match up and certainly not a soft touch for Khan. He can win it too and make the Brook unification next, it will be bigger than just the ibf belt and can lead to an excellent matchup against Thurman/Garcia winner.

    You were making a good point right until you said he can make a unification fight with Brook next.

    It's clear to everyone that Amir Khan will put up every obstacle he can to make sure this fight doesn't happen.

    Khan has no interest in making the fight.

    Brook should just show up at a press conference and deck him. It's the only way he's ever going to trade blows with Amir who is doing everything he can to avoid fighting him whilst continuing to trash talk.

    I've defended Khan numerous times on these boards over the years but him avoiding Brook is inexcusable for someone who considers themselves a top tier fighter.

    Maybe Khan wants to build it up even more? He doesn't strike me as a coward, despite his questionable attitude towards Brook. It is the second biggest fight in Brittain atm and this could be Khan's way of marinating it.
