There's no "finding a way" to hate on that matchup, it's a circus show exactly like the Canelo fight. Khan is going to end up like a vegetable if he carries on.
1) It wasn't an unjust loss. Here were my thoughts on whether it was a "robbery" from the night of: 2) Brook deserves to have bargaining power, going 4-0 against ranked opponents in world title fights (maybe not elites, Porter being the closest, but even Bizier is a solid B-level welter). Compare with Khan (whose kayo loss to a top middleweight can be thrown out just like Brook's, canceling one another out) who only has two good victories at welter...and technically only three, period. Since the loss to Peterson he defeated a green, not-very-good Molina down at 140lbs, then squeaked by Kidd Diaz at Khan's own insisted-upon catchweight (I had it 114-113), and then beat a shot to bits Collazo. After that you have Alexander and Algieri - fair enough, both good wins, but neither is spectacular, nor even as good as Brook's best (Porter). Alexander was coming off two rough outings with Porter himself and then JSK, and would lose to unheralded Aaron Martinez his next time out, so that takes a bit of the luster off that one. Algieri, too, is a little compromised coming directly off his pistol-whipping at the hands of PacMan just a few months prior - and even so held his own and hurt Khan a few times. Brook's résumé at welter over the last few years is just flat out better, factoring in quality or quantity, and the hardware to boot - and his form has been more impressive. He is also an ascendant star on the British boxing scene, while Khan has overstayed his welcome a bit with domestic audiences. 3) Not to be rude, but with his chin Khan is always at risk to have a mooted big money fight ruined if he takes a tuneup that isn't completely feather-fisted and/or stylistically tailor made. Peterson could definitely stop Khan in a rematch, and there goes the Brook payday (not to mention, for his part, Brook must get past Spence). 4) Agree wholeheartedly. Peterson clearly beat a guy that sparked Khan out. I'd say given that and how their careers since the first match have panned out - not to mention that result itself - Peterson ought to be the one to dictate terms and be the A-side if he and Khan were to rematch. And I'm not sure Khan deserves an outright crack at him right away just now without distancing himself from coming off a loss in another division.
