Khan Was Putting On A Clinic Before The KO

3-2 before the KO, he only won the first three rounds in my book. Khan that is.

lol, I’m torn because I really like Khan, I admit he was boxing well, but a clinic??? LOL I would say the first 2 rounds Khan was looking good, and it was like “wow Khan could win a decision doing this" but then reality set in and Canelo started to warm up and Khan got fatigued. Early on it was more Canelo just trying to figure this guy out.

What it was .. was an entertaining competitive fight, and for that Khan gets props, but I do think he could have avoided getting KTFO. I think Khan was a little too nervous, and the nerves resulted in fatigue as the fight got towards the middle rounds. If he was a little less nervous in his ring walk I do believe he could have won the fight by decision.

For Khan to just get flattened like that out of nowhere when he was truly in the fight though was just unreal.

Canelo never got out of 1st gear.

Canelo could have gotten him out of there in the 1st if he wanted.

 

Yeah right. Canela got jacked up in the first. That straight he ate made his family cry.

 

Canelo clearly won 5 and 6. Khan did well for 4, but the momentum had switched big time.

 

Got fatigued? Seemed more like he just got super timid after getting cut.

 

Yeah Khan started well but Alverez was just fiding his feet, getting there in the 4th, found them in the 5th and won in the 6th. The fight was already on the turn, Khan and Hunter seem to like to stick to the 1 plan no matter how their opponant changes theirs.

 

Clinic lol. People get way too excited over a few good rounds.

 

I had the same score. you could make an argument khan won round 4 as well though. but he took over in the 5th. you could tell khan wasnt going to win another round

Canelo only started fighting come the 5th, Khan was handpicked by GBP for the very reason we saw an excellent highlight reel KO.

 

All Alvarez needed to do was put 2 good rounds together and Khan went to sleep
