sPeterson described, Khan was completely lacking in any offense when the fight went into close quarters. Khan hopes to change things this time around.
“Inside game definitely,” Khan said when asked what he needs to work on this time around. “We never work on inside stuff. I know I can work on the inside. I have the power. We put Lamont down twice in the first round. We want Lamont to come on the inside because, when he does, we will have answers for everything he does.”

That answer will be him holding Peterson's head down once again.

It would be impressive to see Khan develop inside game all of the sudden.

"We never work on inside stuff."

Kinda' find that hard to believe. Inside game being his weakness, has been apparent for a looooong time. How on earth can he and Roach overlook that in every training camp? My guess is that they've tried to avoid this issue while they could; thinking a polished outside game would be enough to get them by. That, and probably because Roach knows Khan never will be cut for inside fighting, and so there's probably no point in focusing too much on it.

Khan is full of **** he doesn't want any parts of Peterson on the inside. His mind games aren't fooling anyone. If Khan fights Peterson on the inside he will be stopped.

    roach makes punchers

their hand and foot speed disguises em as boxer-punchers

So, more pulling Peterson into headlocks, shoving, and running around looking scared? I have a feeling that Cortez will get the call to ref this one.

He's going to make some adjustments I'm sure but he's not going to become a really good inside fighter overnight, won't happen, too much to learn. That's also not his only problem, the problem is he can't fight going backwards

Peterson will also make adjustments, I'm looking forward to it

I would be the right move for khan !
Less running and pushing but more fighting on the inside! He has the faster hands for sure
but i really cant see khan develop inside fighting skills in this short time!
I dont expect any changes from khan from his last fight with peterson

"We put Lamont down twice in the first round"

Khan believes his own ****? I hope Lamont knocks his head clean off his shoulders.
