His nose took some punishment too, you could hear him speaking funny in his post fight interview, like he had a cold or something, wouldn't be surprised if it was broke. Wasn't that where the blood on Khans face was coming from?
Watching his face as he wobbled- holding onto Maidana like a sailor clinging onto a mast in a storm, all you could see was a picture of determination and defiance. To prove the doubters he could get through tough times. I think he deserves all the credit he gets- that was some display last night. The kid trains hard and takes risks. He's also fast as heck. I'm a fan again.
There were people on here before the fight saying once maidana lands 1 flush shot khan is going unconscious, but maidana ( P4P one of the biggest punchers in the world) hit khan with 124 POWER PUNCHES and not only did he not ko him, but he somehow managed to stay upright. Come on guys, whatever you may think of him, he deserves massive credit and props for that. In some interviews, I agree he sometimes comes across arrogant or talks too much, but after last night, as a boxer ( especially for what he got hit with in R10 and still won) he has got my respect.

Yeah and i will admit i was one of those people. i just purley thought that Khan would not stand there and take Maidana's biggest shots and it has shocked me ill be honest. But now i have seen Khan like this i seriously think he could do some serious damage to the likes of Cotto Marg Floyd etc. it was an outstanding performance, i dont know where that Chin come from but fair play to Khan I dident really follow him before but i will do now due to his outstanding fight yesterday and pure determination. what a warrior, hope all goes ok with the scan mate:good G
He'll be fine, however it's fight like that that take their toll on your career. I'm sure Freddie Roach will be impressing that upon him, it's good for the TV cameras... not too good for your face and longetivity
