Trust me, Khan will beat him. Too quick for Canelo, both hands and feet. He will dance around Canelo. It will be like Floyd vs Canelo. After he beats Canelo, Floyd has nowhere to run, no more excuses. He HAS to fight Khan after he wins.
fighting khan is a weak move by canelo, but just imagining what you clowns will be feeling as you watch khan crumble like a dish rag, is so frickin worth it.
Floyd Mayweather is one of the best defensive fighters of all time...and drained Canelo to 152 pounds....
While I doubt it happens, there is always that odd chance than Khan pulls a Martinez and gains power and chin as he moves up in weight. Rare, but not impossible.
I wouldn't sleep against Khan in this fight. To me, he looks larger in every fight and there is no way Hunter would allow him to take the fight without good reason. If Khan wins, expect his 1st defence to be against Mayweather for the WBC middleweight title of the world! :yep
It could happen. Khan has to fight a pretty much perfect fight, but I could see a disciplined Khan staying on his bicycle and landing just enough (a little more than Lara) to win a narrow points victory that everybody (mysef included) will ***** about. As for that retired guy? For what? I have no wish to see that guy fight any more. Let him fade away. Or at least transition into training guys or something. All that said, Canelo is gonna' khtfo.
This fight perfectly examplifies the saying in boxing '' that it only takes 1 punch to completely change a fight ''. Canelo will find a way to hit him flush with at least one solid punch and then it'll be good night from that point on...
Khan is a frontrunner, he will look good early using his speed getting in and out that is until Canelo figures him out and starts to land. Khan has a low ring IQ and won't be able to make the necessary adjustments he will get busted up and he will fold. Lastly PBF is retired if Khan happens to beat Canelo he will be getting a rematch.
I would have made this thread if you didn't. I'm not a Khan fan, but I think Khan pulls this off. canelo won't out box Khan. He won't knock him out. Khan takes this. Puttin money on it. P.S I rarely make predictions unless i'm 90% sure.
It depends how Khan handles Canelos punching power. Khan has an ability to win rounds vs anyone due to his activity, but Khan has never faced someone as big as Canelo so this is a huge test in punch resistance for Khan. I know Canelo isnt known as a big puncher, but he is when you are Khan and have been KTFO before! When you have been fighting Jr Welterweights your whole career and then move up to Welterweight for a few fights, then move up to 155, theres a massive difference. Canelo is a very big puncher when you are Amir Khan, but if Khan can stay out of trouble he has the speed and volume to give Canelo problems. Khan could win rounds vs Canelo, if it were to go the distance the classic quality punches vs volume debates are bound to arise.
