watch him beat junior witter to the punch.
he shows excellent timing, great jab and some good counter punching.
andreas gets tougher as the fight goes on and i believe khans chin will be tested, cos this guy is too accurate with his counters. kotelnik has a nice tight defense and he counters really well. if khan comes in with his amteurish flurries, it could be lights out for him.

This is a tough fight for both but imo more so for khan, amir can win it if he is patient.

i see khan winning a razor thin decision....and may have to pick himself up of fthe mat to do it, but i think he will get it done, but barely.

yes kotelnik is a very solid fighter in the fundamentals department, i think roach is banking on khan's speed, and maybe added power at 140 to be the difference.

A decision for Amir or a KO for Kotelnik.

Patience is the key word here. In, out, in out, for 12 rounds. As long as he keeps his cool, he's got it in the bag. If he tries to end it prematurely then it will come back to bite him where it hurts.

Kotelnik should whip out a career ending KO here. Khan's chin is one of the worst in recent memory. A disgrace of a chin and a disgrace to boxing.

    Kotelnik by BIG, BIG KO.

I don't see Amir avoiding Kotelnik's punches all night.

i'm not an amir khan fan at all, but i dont think he is a disgrace to boxing, anybody can get a bad KO on them....ANYBODY, and ANYTHING can happen in boxing, thats the beauty of the sport.

Jeff, his chin was shocking when he was nearly put out by the light hitting Willie Limond. It's going to be even worse at Light Welter.

Khan's antics, screaming about getting a world title shot etc etc (over more deserving fighters) are the disgrace to boxing.

The only thing he has done in his entire career of note is getting KNOCKOUT OUT in PARTICULARLY BRUTAL fashion within ONE MINUTE by a crude Columbian import. This is was as he claimed 'I deserve a World Title etc etc'.

While the hype train is strong, you the fanboys who drop £15 in Uncle Frank's pocket to see Khan BATTERED SENSELESS WITHIN ONE MINUTE BY A CRUDE BANGER and beat NO HOPER BLOWN UP FEATHERWEIGHTS (Khan's favourite choice of opponent), will soon be blown off the rails..... for the SECONG TIME.

This is all meanwhile the TRUE WARRIORS of British boxing, such as Carl Froch and David Haye, struggle for mainstream recognition. Khan deserves NOTHING compared to these two fighters - just taking the public's/gullible fans money for DISGRACEFUL PPVs.

    SICKENING.

this is why i dont like khan as well, and the way he disrespects other fighters, but he does have skill with a bad chin, i dont think that makes him a disgrace....i think he is unprofessional

    Khan has very limited skill.

He is extremely fast but that is where it ends. He has no inside game, shows about zero head movement. There is no fluidity to his work, he throws the same amatuer combs again and again, which are pre-planned, not instinctive. I'd go so far to say he was terrible to watch. Just unloading a load of punches then running back across the ring to circle the opponent from distance. What the **** is that **** about? Yes, ok mate, we know you are fast. NOW LET'S FIGHT!!!!!

    Kotelnik by KO.

Agreed he will need to be patient.

If Khan does win, he should get huge praise here judging from the amount of people on ESB predicting doom for him.
