How hard is it to realize that Khan is just not that good (for a world class fighter)??

He's a basic fighter with speed and range and technical flaws a mile long.

IF Khan could fight smart....IF Khan didn't get caught.....IF Khan could do this, do that......Then he wouldn't be Khan!!

Getting hit in the face is just part of boxing....however when it happens to Khan, it's somehow "his bravado" and not his glaring technical flaws, or something that just happens in the sport.

He was backing up and got caught with an overhand right by Maidana, and his delusional fans go "oh he just got overconfident and tried too hard to fight instead of box".

He was backing up and moving!!

Khan is the #1 example of how people overrate speed and mistaken it for skills. It's silly how people underrate the skills of other fighters who don't have speed and just label them "lucky" when they actually, you know, time a defensively poor fighter and land a punch.

Please throw out the Asian part. This Asian person here knows how incredibly flawed Khan is and how overrated he gets.

The fact that people actually thought he was a future P4P fighter shows two things:

1) How delusional people are
2) How poor this era is


But more so the first. Even in this poor era, Khan is nowhere near a P4P fighter. He proves time and time again how utterly devoid of basic things like proper footwork and balance, accuracy (save me the compubox crap), little unimportant things like blocking, slipping, and countering, actually throwing combinations with meaning behind them (creating and exploiting openings), ring intelligence, etc....Then people just go "oh he was simply getting too brave, he's so unbeatable in a boxing match".

Isn't part of being a good boxer having the ability to, you know, be accurate and control the tempo and distance of the fight?

I even remember some delusional people saying after the MAIDANA fight "Khan is the complete package except for his chin" LOL

Did Khan lose to Garcia yes ,but he beat Cheaterson he was just robbed of the decision ! Looked like **** against Diaz but he did beat the guy that's fighting Mayweather ..Is he a top tier guy maybe not ,but he he's right in the middle ..His speed and youth could still give guys problems ..
