Khan gets a lot of stick on this forum and fair enough he hasn't got the world's greatest chin or ring IQ but i personally don't think he gets the respect he deserves

wins against :- Barrera, Malignaggi, Maidana, Judah should mean something

Very good cv for his age, alot on foreign soil also. Give him the props he deserves, shame britain didnt have more like him, willing to fight anybody and not just protect a padded record.

    Barrera was shameful.

Rather than carving out his own career he's become a fighter that is put to the slaughter whenever there is someone showing potential.

Also Kotelnik and Salita. Very close fight with Peterson.

One of the best resumes around for his age, testament to his willingness to fight anyone. Most fighters have weaknesses, pity his are important ones chin and ring IQ

Excellent for his age, but has already hit his peak and we've seen the best of him already

    He's got a decent CV.

Maidana, Mallignaggi and Kotelnik are his biggest wins but... let's face it. Those three guys are/were all a good step or two behind world class. Judah I've always thought was a bit overrated but still, a good win for Khan.

But then other wins like the Barrera and McCloskey win are tainted by the fact they were stopped relatively early on due to cuts caused by clashes of the head. Plus the fact that he was beat by Willie Limmond too.

But yeah, tainted wins aside, he has got a decent record but... really, he's around the same level as Malignaggi, a good competitor but one who is always a step behind world class although, if they had a match today I'd fancy Paullie to take it. Not that there is anything wrong with been at that level of course.

It's a pretty good record especially for a British boxer and hopefully more to come.

What I don't get is that people will rate Froch's wins i.e Kessler, Taylor, Abraham, Pascal, Dirrell, Bute, Johnson.

But when it comes to Khan's wins, they're a bit shot or over hyped;; when you could just as easily argue with Froch's resume!

Froch has got the better resume, but they've both got good resume's. I just don't understand why Khan's resume gets knocked far more than Froch's when the similarities are there...

Khans resume gets knocked because hes been brutally knocked out and floored by guys he claimed wernt in his class.if he didnt talk so much rubbish he might get more respect, unfortunately the kid is full of ****.

I count the Peterson fight as a win...

Very good CV infact for a 26year old...

But i dont think he's got many years left;- id be very suprised if hes still fighting in 2 years time..

Maidana and Kotelnik were not "a step or two behind world class" they were/are legit world class

Malinaggi,Maidana and Judah were all very good wins!

but trust me if he fights Alexander he will get knocked out i think hes peaked and reached as far as he can go would like to see him retire now!

people might laugh but at 27 hes achieved alot Silver Medalist and a World Champion in the Pro's.
