Khan's new trainer: no more roadwork for Khan? wtf?

    He did heavy roadwork in the Phillipines so I don't think they want to overtrain him which could alse lead to injury.

    There are plenty alternatives to roadwork for conditioning training

    same coach david hayes, who is unfit and this no running for khan will show in his next fight no doubt

    Why do most people in the sport of boxing call running ''roadwork''? It sounds dumb.

    Because you are on the road and it feels like you are working.

    It's not the fun part of the training for most boxers.

    Just a guess.

    Because you normally do it on the roads.. And if its not supposed to be called roadwork, what would you call it? :smoke

    I respect the guys who don't want to do it.. :good It all depends on your choice of cardio work-out..

    At least for me, I enjoy doing it.. Especially the last two hundred meter sprint after a long run.. I can feel my heart beating so fast.. :yep

    Hope he doesn't make him just a bigger version of a 2008 Khan with Chicken legs & big upperbody...

    Worried about it.

    Khan is going to look more toned and muscly. but I don't know whether that **** is good for him.
