Khan's next opponent is likely to be Casaayor/Katsidis

I would rather see him fight a light welterweight. If he wants a stay busy fight he should fight some guy in the top 10 at 140.

    It'll be Casa then.

Still, better than shitty Prescott. Casa, too old, slow, and not a truly concussive hitter (not at 140 probably anyway) to trouble Khan IMO.

    Meaningless fight. Again. Yawn.

 You edited the critical part of my comment towards Khan's current selection of opponents out! You've made out that I am somehow supportive of any fight not involving Katsidis next:rofl.

Alexander is the only guy in the division who is actually trying to make fights with the other elites:deal. He's only fighting Kotelnik because Maidana, Bradley and Khan don't want him.

Bradley will beat Alexander IMO. Give it time. Bradley was going to fight Maidana, his level of comp suggests he's no ducker.

Alexander didn't look amazing against Witter, and looking amazing against Urango does not suddenly make him unstoppable. Good stoppage, but then Urango was proven to recover well, although I think Alexander would've finished him I actually think Urango should've been allowed to carry on.

I'll basically echo most others sentiments on this:

I really like the look of a Khan-Katsidis fight.

I really don't like the look of a Khan-Casamayor fight.

    Here the sequence of events:

Alexander gets a WBC title shot and Bradley vacates rather than face him, Alexander wins the title then takes on Urango (someone who is arguably better than anyone on Bradley's record) then calls out Bradley, Bradley says HBO must want it for it to happen, HBO get behind the fight, Bradley asks for more money then moves up to fight AbrgegWHO? Then Bradley says that the Alexander fight should be 'built up' and that they should both take at least two fights before they fight each other.

What a load of bull****. People would absolutely berate Khan if he did anything similar. I did say it was a 'controversial comment', but I think if the tourney has collapsed then Bradley is to blame. Khan said he'd take on Maidana, as HBO set it up, and Bradley would fight Alexander. It wasn't Khan's 'plan' at all- HBO were trying to put it together:roll:.

Bradley was stripped wasn't he? For fighting someone other than Alexander, who was not known at all at that point, and keeping a title with a lesser sanction fee?

Bradley has fought too many varied opponents, and proved his powers of recovery and adaptibility for me to think he'll duck anyone, let alone Alexander, who is getting hyped to the max at the moment.

Okay, no one has heard of Abregu, and for someone of Bradleys size (like Pryor, a short tank at 140) I can't see him being too formidable at Welter. But Maidana was a seriously dangerous fight to take IMO, and Khan clearly DIDN'T want that fight. seeing as he's only fought feather fists for nigh on two years.

 Sorry that wasn't intentional (you Khan nut-hugger you :-()

Well in fairness, Timbo was signed on to fight Maidana, until he got an injury. And he's just fought Peterson just at Christmas, he was considered to be one of the top guys before that fight.

I cut him some slack, because he's already put in tough fights getting himself to the top of the division, the other guys are playing catch-up. He'll let Alexander build himself up a bit more before he fights him.

Khan, probably wont come till after that, he'll be busy for a while cleaning out the lower divisions and unifying against Holly Holm.

I accept the criticism of Khan, but I think people should look at others in the division before employing a 'one rule for Khan, another rule for everyone else' policy.

Maidana isn't a dangerous fight at all either. Any of the other beltholders in the division will make easy work of him.

:good Casa-Khan is an utterly **** fight. Katsidis is fine, but another lightweight straight afterwards would be annoying as ****.

Bradley has proven his worth over the course of the last two years or so. I don't think he's 'ducking' Alexander at all, but I think it's fair to say he's not hugely keen on the fight. He's found a way out of it on plenty of occassions now.

i'm surprised people are being so critical of this, Katsidis would be a big test for Khan! Katsidis is a big lighweight and lets not forget its not that long ago that Khan was fighting at lightweight and getting sparked by lightweights! none of which were the quality of Katsidis! Not so sure about Cas

it seems you got alot of people complaining because katidis is a lightweight, and not actually looking at the ability of katsidis. it seems some of you think the bigger you are, the better you are. not true. this would be a good test for khan. you want his chin tested, well i'm sure katsidis will test it.

some of you are just moany *******s.

Bradley and Alexander are smaller than Katsidis! People are stupid to judge on size.

Size isn't ultimatly defined by height, far from it.
