Brooks I suppose is Senchenko? not much better but still better. I said I am by no means a fan of Brooks but if Khan has given Brook a knock back because "Brook won't get me a Mayweather fight" then how would Collazo?

Collazo was losing to Hatton 8 years ago and has not beaten anybody worth talking about since.

And believe me, Brook is not doing himself any favours because Alvaro Robles is a **** take too... but Brook Vs Khan was there to be made.

Khan has shot his mouth off again and if he fights Collazo has failed to back it up again.

You can't be ready to fight Mayweather and then fight Collazo and think it is acceptable. it is not as if this is some sort of short notice replacement, Khan "had a list" and if Collazo is the name at the top of that list then it is embarrassing in my opinion.

 

All Kell brings is money and risk. There's no upside for Khan if he won. In fact, it would be worse if he looked good in winning, because everyone would say that Brook was an unproven bum.

 

Same was said for froch v groves but sometimes the champions should grow a pair and give these unproven up and comers a shot sometimes the outcome is a classic

 

Collazo would be a bigger name in the US though and probably would get more people talking about Khan. He fights brook over here and most yanks don't even know about it.

 

No pal. Collazo beat Berto, but got robbed and he had a strong case against Hatton as well. And Victor Ortiz is better than anything that's on Brooks CV.

Brook needs to hurry up and get his title shot or fight a decent name before calling Khan out because all this talk of "we will only bypass Porter for Khan" is a load of nonsense and just publicity for Brook because he is to scared to risk his 0 before the title shot.
I mean Brook could have fought Julio Diaz next week in Liverpool instead of Alvaro Robles, but that's to big of a ask for Brook.
