It was a good performance made me think Khan is legit but after watching Garcia vs Judah anyone think Khan is abit lucky he got him out of there when he did, Judah coulda came on strong and if he hit Khan with some of the shots he hit Garcia with Khan woulda been sleeping
Styles make fights Reason I think Khan would have done well against Bradley and Alexander at 140 Judah couldn't handle the one sided beatdown and wanted a way out before getting embarrased in what would have a been 108-118 fight.
He wouldn't have came on strong, Khan mentally beat the **** out of him for 6 rounds. All of Judah's pride got ripped out of him. Khan fought a great fight and Freddie helped him play Judah perfectly - Freddie and Khan both worked out exacly how they needed to attack Judah to avoid his left hand and uppercut..His jab was obv going to be useless against Khan.
Thing is, Khan and Garcia beat the **** out of Judah but he came on strong against Garcia when I thought he would quit He coulda easily done the same to Khan
He completely dominated Judah and forced him to fake a low blow. Judah had no chance at all from the opening bell.
He was competitive against Garcia because of styles. Garcia doesn't exactly have Amir Khan's speed. Speed is what completely destroyed him against Khan.
Judah wasnt competitive for **** for the first 9 rounds, he didnt do anything It wasnt as bad as the Khan one but still, both fights looked like he would quit but then Garcia came on strong I woulda liked to see what happened if that body shot/low blow didnt happen
Lol ACS you don't understand man, Judah got his anus busted and felt like a jail **** victim that night...If's,what's and but's don't come into it.
I assure you he would've continued to get pummeled(he was already bleeding from the nose and mouth) or find another way out of the fight. He was getting ripped apart in one-sided fashion, even his corner didn't want him to continue taking punishment. It's Khan's speed that had him confused and troubled.
Khan during that time was a very fast starter, something top Roach fighters were known for and Judah in his prime too. Thing is, Judah DID have the potential to give Khan a rough fight if he brought the old, more aggressive Judah back, BUT because he was being trained by the legendary Whitaker adapted a more reserved, conservative defensive style and was basically a sitting duck and target practice for Khan, who felt compelled and confident enough to be the aggressor. Khan also is very underrated body puncher, tho dorsn't do it often, were key to folding both Maidana and Judah. Pressure fighters and powerpunchers have more success against Khan because they take his range away and is not good at infighting. Judah just used wrong style vs Khan. Wouldn't surprise me if Judah got his revenge in a rematch.
