Incorrect Sir. Please explain to me how he has done this? The general consensus is that Jon Thaxton and John Murray are the two best lightweights in Britain. Despite both calling Khan out on numerous occasions FW has not let his man within sight of them.

I'm not that fond of Khan, but I would definitely have him above both Thaxton and Murray......Jono just got beat by a guy with a 14-5-3 record.

Maybe he is but he has to fight them before he can claim to be the best in Britain. He's trying to run before he can walk and skip some of the tests he needs to pass before arriving at world title level.

For the record I think Murray would, to lend a piece of Mr. Froch's vocabulary, smoke his boots.

I still want to see him against Murray.

Murray can beat him. Trust me.

    Thnx!

I thought there was a chance neither one was being serious.

I wouldn't argue with you there.

I think a fight with Murray at this stage would be a good idea (not too sure about the result though); however, I think a Thaxton fight might turn into a bit of a glorified sparring session for Khan.

But, of course, everyone has a punchers chance against Khan.

I think if Thaxton has anything left, he would give Khan a tougher fight than Murray.

I don't see what the fuss is about with Murray - I don't like Khan at all, but giving him **** about who he is fighting compared with some of the dross on Murray's record is a bit rich at times.

    If Thaxton has anything left?

I think we got a quite clear answer to that question in his last fight.

Murray is a better pressure fighter. He will keep walking Khan down, no way Khan hurts him with those pitter patters. Murray would weather Khan's early speed and knock him out. Eventually. There is only so long until Murray catches up with him :yep

Thaxton only needs to land one shot, just one and it will be over.Styles make fights and Khan will be made for Jon,not saying it will be easy but Jon would put Amir away with one shot.

He did not take decent shots! One was a partially blocked left hook, the other was a glancing right! Up to the Prescott fight his opponents were very carefully selected. Im a fan of Khans natural ability and heart, but dillusional idiots like yourself are the cause of a lot of the hate that folows Amir.
