Khan's stock up or down?

    After losing a MD Saturday night to Lamont Peterson in one of the best fights this year do you think Khan's stock has gone up or down?

    Khan was involved in fight of the year vs Maidana and now a possible FOY against Peterson, like him or not he does put on a performance.

    I see him bouncing back from this loss just like he did after Prescott.

    Your thoughts?

    He's sunk so low people are now saying Bradley could beat him.

    On the plus side he's now being criminally underrated so he doesnt have to do much to raise his stock.

    Obviously its gone down he was a huge favorite going into this fight and he lost.

    Down of course...

    Almost every boxfan expected Khan to dominate and/or KO Lamont.
    Even without the deductions and a close win his stock would have gone way down.

    Pretty sure it was a split decision and his stock has definitely gone down.

    Previously I was sure Khan beats Bradley, now I'm not so certain. Very interested in seeing how he performs in the rematch.

    I think it remains about the same, honestly.

    He's a good crowd-pleasing fighter. He has a fun style to watch, and he usually either dominates or becomes involved in really competitive and entertaining fights.

    Down. Though marketability probably didn't take a big dive.

    Pressure to win the rematch must be absolutely sickening.

    Im looking forward to the rematch. I dont see Khan knocking Peterson out and its gonna be close again

    great fight for next spring

    Not in the gutter like it was after Prescott, but down alot I think.
    Before the fight he was well respected for his solid 140 resume and fans were looking for a great performance and expecting him to be matched with Mayweather next year.
    Regarding his rival Bradley, I'd say majority of sentiment was with Khan to have beaten him. Now we have fans saying he was exposed, calling him a fraud and I think most would now see Bradley as a clear favorite to beat him.
    As for the Mayweather fight no-one wants to see it now and he'll need a Lennox Lewis type of rematch win to rescue his chance of that fight happening next year.
    His marketability probably won't take much of a hit, he's still exciting, fans will continue tuning to watch his fight on both sides of the Atlantic. But yeah that big fight he wanted has slipped away from possibility for the time-being.

    Down to a minimal degree.. It's why losing a fight will always hurt your career. Hate all you want, but being undefeated now a days keeps your stock up. Makes must see TV to a fighter more appealing.

    Stock may be down. But he became a much more interesting and entertaining fighter to watch imo. I don't care for his prima donna attitude though.
