That's a total myth by the way. There are no studies that have ever shown a high protein diet causing kidney damage in persons with normal kidney function. The study that caused this myth was when rabbits were fed meat until their kidneys failed. Seeing how rabbits are herbovores, I call BS.
Im sure all the running time and gym time is what he is referring to as high intensity including breaks, dont take it so literal guys hes not doing a 4 hour sprint we get it
well either way it still sounds excessive but then again so does eating 5,000 calories a day and it doesn't seem to hinder him at all, so what do I know?
If that's his actual diet then they are flat out lying about 5000 calories or he's having huge portions or food. 200g of protein equates to 800 calories. So there's 4200 calories left. It looks like he isn't having much fat at all, from that diet about 80g, if that. That equates to 720 calories. So far thats 1520 calories, leaving 3480 calories or 870g of carbs. Like I said unless he's having huge portions of carbs something is a bit off with that diet.
i thought this when also reading pacs daily calorie intake, it was i think 1000 more than khans, perhaps its a smoke screen to take peoples minds off EPO
His fat intake would have to be higher than that, I'd assume they're adding fats to his protein shakes, flaxseed oil or something. Even then, 6,500 calories is a ridiculous amount of food. Unless those protein shakes are about a gallon each, and that breakfast of eggs, toast and beans must be.... quite large, to say the least.
That diet has got to be bull****, there's no way that sums up to 5000 kcal, not even a third. No fruits, just one veggie meal, supplements as replacements, it's really very bad. He should have a word with Klitschko's nutritionist.
I am also wildly annoyed by the word "recovery shake", a professional athlete should strive for perfection in each meal. Every meal should have enough nutrients to qualify as a "recovery meal".
hold on RDJ let me get arizas number so you can call him and tell him about your fighters that have won world titles
Like I said earlier, to hype it up. The media like to make athletes look special. They go over the top with the details, even if it's a blatant lie to people that have a clue.
We're saying that diet is shocking and made up by the looks of it, it just doesn't add up. What does that have to do with how many boxers RDJ trains?
