    Hi everyone, i am trying to put a kickboxing weekly training lay-out together. This is what im thinking, any tips ?

    Monday kickboxing

    Tuesday sprints fullbody

    Wednesday kickboxing

    Thursday 10min sprint fullbody

    Friday kickboksen

    Sathurday sprinten bicep schouder gezond

    Sunday rest


    Tuesday

    3x30 seconds sprint (faster each session)

    Deadlift 1x5

    Squad Jumps 5x8

    Benchpress 5x2

    Explosieve pushupps 4x

    Pullups 6x

    Db press 2x10

    One arm snatch 3x5


    Thursday

    1x10 min jogging (faster each session)

    Squat 3x5

    Squat jumps 5x8

    Benchpress 5x2

    Explosieve pushupps 4x

    Landmine press 2x10

    Chinups 6x


    Sathurday

    3x30 seconds sprint (faster each session)

    Ez bar curl 3x6

    Db curl 3x15

    Face pulls 2x15

    Healthy shoulder work


    Does anyone has any tips for me to improve this ?
