I already told you that you don't know what you are talking about.
I guess that doesn't stop you from having an opinion.:rofl

Higher ranked by who? His belt is just an under-belt, hes not even the top of WBA. They are both fringe contenders, neither is a "big fight" nor a legacy fight.

Look at the damage to Quillins brand and legacy for dropping title, he could beat Jacobs 5 times over and it wouldnt make up for what he lost.

Only time will tell if it was in Quillen's best interest to vacate. He's not particularly good so dropping a belt takes away a lot of bargaining chips if he tries to get something big

Jacobs-Quillin is non title fight, who cares? This was the worst move ever, this was like doing ice bucket challenge in Sahara desert. Quillin is one dumb mother****er. :patsch

Especially if he's not going to fight any of the other top middleweights out there after Jacobs.

Maybe they're trying to wait out Golovkin and see if he moves up to SMW.

Why would it stop me having an opinion?

The whole purpose of forums is to share opinions is it not?

As for I don't know what I'm talking about, I know exactly the same as you: Quillan vacated and said it was.so he could pursue bigger fights. We interpret that info differently but we both know the same thing.

It's seriously laughable if anyone thinks he's going to fight GGG now.

it would be for a secondary wba title but yeah, close enough to non-title.

Strange decision considering the relatively large purse involved. I favoured Quillen in this fight in that although Korobov does look great at times and obviously has good power in his punches he tends to gas out in every fight. Quillen with his experience and good boxing could have taken Korobov into the late rounds where he would have all the advantages and got a stoppage or decision win. He will never get a fight with GGG now. He's just another contender without a title.

How's Peter going to pay the mortgage on the condo in Tel Aviv now? His wife won't be pleased.

Al Haymon more concerned with protecting his stable than making good matches. Al Haymon fighters fight the Chitlin circuit.

    Epic fail by Quillin.

This guy is waiting to be cashed out. He's been feeding on soft touches for years now. Got taken the distance by a half-blinded midget and nearly got KO'ed by Rosado. He know he's not good enough to beat the best. Korobov would have made Quillin his b*tch.

    He's not a fighter. He's a pretender.
