I'm gonna go with Rocky Graziano by stoppage. He was limited but he was also relentless. His right hand was no myth. Against a Welterweight albeit a great one he gonna be a threat all the way. Another Welterweight champion learned that first hand. Marty Servo wanted a payday and got one without risking his title. He also got his nose smashed and steamrolled in 2 rounds by the Dead End Kid.
