    That was a pretty ****ed up sparring session.. Suppose to be helping each other train, not damage someone..

    This is the 2nd time he got a beatdown from James...that little jig the Vera did had me laughing.

    yea looked like they trynna build kirkland confidence at these guys expense
    but honestly the spar you and I do is light
    I sparred with joppy and i think he wanted me dead
    when your not trynna get a belt sparring is light hitting eye and coordnation type arobics
    get in their with a 1 day to be champion its diffrent

    You're supposed to go all out in sparring so the actual match is easier. FIghting while punch drunk is the hardest thing to develop as a fighter so if the opportunity comes to test the waters when under heavy fire like that it's good to learn during sparring as opposed to on the spot while your career is on the line...

    Ahh NO,, concussion happen in sparring also.. The last thing you want is a fighter going into a fight with a mild concussion, or punch drunk .. Once a person receive a concussion it much easier to keep getting them.
