I think we can all be guilty of contracting under-dogitis sometimes.

had it for Mayorga...was actually disappointed at mosely's performance. I was actually jumping when Mayorga got Ko'd in the dying minutes and was shouting for the ref to count faster because Mosely might run out of time! i thought Mosely needed a KO to win it.

I'll watch it again. I like both fighters, but usually cheer for the one losing, as in this case mosely, because it gives more drama if he turned the tables, which he actually did!!

You mean to tell me that even if he got a 10-8 or 10-7 round in the 12th you still would have had him losing? Honestly?

Mosley is one of my favourite boxers but I had Mayorga up 7-4.

    Who cares?

    Mayorga got KO'd, pointless debate.

no, i mean he needed the KO to win it clearly, or he would've won it by SD, or mayorga could have taken the SD..it was close but i thought mayorga was ahead.

I had Mayorga up by two points going into the 12th.

I thought Mayorga threw and landed the more effective shots early on. He appeared to stagger Mossley at times (although this could have been mainly down to Shane being uncharecteristically of balance and Mayorga uncharecteristicallly timing shots well early on). For me Mossley didn't do much early on and when he did he was ineffective.

Rounds 4-5 Shane was finding his range and timing more but still wasn't doing enough. I was actually impressed with Mayorga's ability to box relatively sensibly for him. I can't remember my score exactly going into round 6 but i had Mayorga comfortably ahead.

Round 6 was clearly Mossley's and the most easy to pick round of the fight and it actually changed the pattern of the fight as this appeared to be the first round of the fight when Mayorga seemed visably hurt. After feeling Shane's power Mayorga reverted to type and started making the fight real ugly with excessive clinching, wrestling and throwing wild looping wide punchers.

I still had Mayorga up after 6 but after this round the fight became really ugly and not many clean, hard shots were landed in many of the following rounds so it was hard to score rounds. This rough and ugly second half to the fight is why i think people have different scores for the fight after 11 rounds. Some of the rounds from 7-11 could have gone either way so its understandable some would have Mossley up and some would have Mayorga up.

Like i said i had Mayorga up by 2 heading into the 12th but im not going to shoot anyone for having Mossley up.

Mayorga 3 up on first viewing, and Mayorga 2 up on second viewing.

There was many close scrappy rounds, so im not to pissed off about the official scorecards going into the last round apart from the idiot who had Mosley up by 5 or 6 points.

Its a pointless debate anyway as he got KO'd, and even if he had gotten up after the second knockdown making it a 10-7 round, he would of still lost on mine and the official judges scorecards anyway.

Time to retire for the both of them i think.

7-11 is where the scores really start to diverge, but we must all agree that Mayo had 1-3 and Shane 4-6? I also gave Shane 9-11 clearly, with 8 a clear round for Ricardo and 7 could have gone to anyone (I gave it to Mayorga).

I think the only difference between my scoring and yours was that I gave Mayo the 7th. True?

Steve Kim and Doug Fischer are 2 of the biggest jokes around. They are both Margarito nuthuggers to the extreme.

I honestly can't see HOW one can have Mayorga actually ahead. I don't. Based on what? Mosley was landing the much harder and cleaner shots. Mayorga was just wreckless and wild.
