Kimbo ko and Taking a Fair Look

It was a really weird KO. If you look at Kimbo's YouTube videos, you can see him taking what seem like some pretty good shots.

I mean, you'd think a guy that could take a couple barefisted shots from the big guys he was fighting could take a one-footed jab from a lightheavy wearing MMA gloves.

 

He leaned in to punch so he was going forwards while Seth was throwing a stiff right hand from fence which makes it more "stiff". It stunned Kimbo then Seth did most of the damage.

 

He has a weak ass chin. That's why he grows his beard out.

 

The jokes are all funny and "NO!", I'm not a Kimbo fan but Seth threw a prayer and became the most heralded MMA fighter alive. He won and that was great but we're giving him all this praise to return to "normal" Seth when he fights again. Seth. You killed the hype monster. Thanks, we love you. Now beat a real fighter.

 

But it landed in the perfect spot.

 

well believe it or not...kimbo did have something todo wit how he got stunned...by the punch...his foreward momentum.....made the punch seth threw impact harder.......go fullspeed into a wall that hassomething eye level...and see if you dont get stunned.....i mean you guys here are supposedly kno stuff about fighting.... he was hit in the nose...eye area first...not the chin...look at the press conference..his(kimbo) eye is swollen shut...

the rest of seths punches is what made the stoppage....

it will be better for kimbo in the long run..cuz now he can fight like most other new fighters.....(not his fault..he got paid..good for him..anyone hear would love to be in his place...)

besides fedor.......all the great heavyweights all have losses....most more than3-4.........

personnally the jury still out...if kimbo can be a good mma fighter..its just to early to tell....


he aint been but...respectful..to all the fighters....even the **** talkers...took his defeat like a man......

so i hope he comes back and proves all the supposed...fighters..or experts on fighting...wrong..in a since...who knows if he'll be an elite....guy...but training with who trains with.....and now with the pressure of the hype..being gone...now....he can train for real......so time will tell....


i see alot of jealous haters on here......

he (kimbo) seems like a stand up dude(so far)..... so i respect him for that...

 

It did flash KO him, knock him out of it for a split second, but he recovered and then got beat on badly.

 

In the end he still sucks.

 

Larry Holmes took shots from Ken Norton, and Ernie Shavers and Tyson, and kept on coming. Kimbo is a roided up street bully with no chin.

 

Just saw it for the first time, and I was shocked. Kimbo is clearly cut from the finest bone china, because what put him down was a nothing punch.
Hopefully, he can still make good money from the sport though.
