Just goes to show you how tough these TOUGH GUYS really are. I used to have a martial arts instructor (geen kune do) that despised MMA, and in some ways I can't blame him. He would always tell me "Tough guys with very little skill." When it comes to a lot of them that is the case.
I actually joined an MMA class now though, and I find the only advantage they have over me is conditioning. I've lifted for about 5 years, boxed for 2, and martial arts for 1. I'm only like 5'6, 165, and was amazed these guys wrestle everyday because I threw most of them (around my size) around like ragdolls. There in great shape, they look good, aggressive, tough, etc but it's funny once you go at it with one of them. Kind of like Kimbo....Looks tough, but ISN'T!
Still can't believe the dude gets knocked out with a half ass jab though! Imagine if he'd have met somebody his size, with some decent skill in a backyard brawl :yep Dude would be in a damn wheelchair.

Theres lots of stupid FRAUD martial arts teachers that hate MMA... because the sport has proven what works... and a lot of them are peddling garbage.

If your instructor was better than them.. why didnt he test himself?

Two average looking kicks and what looks like a punch that didn't have much on it that put him down. Wonder if Shamrock could've knocked him out with a punch?

You, your instructor, and your boxing coach would be beaten to death by the a d level MMA fighter if he wanted to.

It was a half jab off of one foot.

    Pathetic way to get KO'd.

It was an off balance arm punch from the Southpaw stance.

He wanted to keep something in Liddels face not expecting him to go down so easy.

    Exactly as i described.

Dont get angry at me for MMA taking another hit with another WARRIOR getting KO'd by a nothing punch.
