Why is there so much talk about this guy? I mean, he's fun to watch fight, but hes fought a bunch of street fights and 2 MMA bums.

My guess is that if he is successful in MMA against real bodies, they will position him either quickly or immediately for a title fight.

Kimbo will then get brutalized unless there is a "Ruiz" like fighter holding a belt.

Kimbo would be better off in boxing as his ground skillz will never be good enough.

He is a striker and should focus on becoming a better boxer.

He's 34, so it's too late for him in boxing. He'll never become anything more than a black Butterbean. At least in MMA, his strengths are more tailored for what he does well. Matched carefully, he should be able to earn some solid coin.

Regardless to whether this guy tries to Box Professionally - he's very entertaining to watch.

They'll let him beat up a few more MMA cans, so they can say he's a dominate "MMA fighter" instead of "streetfighter", then throw him in a multi-million dollar fight against some mediocre boxer on Showtime. If he wins, he's going on to some huge time PPV main event, and if he loses, he still made a ton of money. Either way, Youtube is going to make a disgrace into a rich, rich man. At least that's how I think things coul unfold. Sad.

Good question, :think For some reason there's a bit of unmerited Tyson mystique. He's a big scary dude and he hits hard.
