apparently, it wasnt "official", and was just an exhibition match. Last nights fight was just as much of a joke though. Hopefully they get him a real opponent next time, that was terrible to watch.
That was ridiculous. I'd like to see Kimbo face a guy that's not: A) A complete can. B) Paid to tap in about 6 seconds.
ha, that could be an understatement, that guy Adryian he fought on the street put up a better fight than that. How could you put yourself in a fight in front of 1000's of people and tap out before you even get hit....how ****in embarassing.....that guy should not be allowed to ever fight again....he is an embarassment to the sport.:scaredas:
but the cool thing about kimbo is that he seems to be real popular... more popular than any of the UFC fighters ever were
:verysad :-( atsch  he does have a following and people seem to be interested in his fights, but how can you make a comment like that?
It seems like the UFC is turing into a circus anymore, with Kimbo and Brock Lesner getting in the mix. I do think with the intorduction of these two it will bring new fans to the UFC, but will also give less credibility to the sport IMO.
your right, I guess I meant the whole mixed martial arts community, that a half assed street fighter and WWE wrestler can compete in it. Then you have guys like Sapp who's a juiced up ex-college football player doing well in K1 a couple years back, its a disgrace IMO.
Oh? When was Kimbo on a national talk show? How about his guest spot on Entourage? Music Videos? That being said, the other guy tapped out of fear of having his back exposed with kimbo standing over him, not the bravest thing in the world but didn't look fake or planned at all.
so by guys like butterbean who boxed for years what does that mean? because people like to see different fights like this that's why. Did Butterbean disgrace boxing....no because he never beat a top guy so it's alright to have fights like that. Just like slice, he's been training for a while now with Bas Rutten, so he is no joke, not to mention he has boxing experience..... we'll have to see when he get's in there with a better challenge then that joke who tapped because he thought he was going to get hit.
