Better safe than sorry - although at the time I was pissed, look at it this way - Thompson's ear essentially exploded upon being tagged with a Ferguson right hand. So, in retrospect, it wasn't that bad. But, for you "Slice" fans out there, it is distressing that Slice had so much trouble with Thompson. He was almost stopped in the 2nd.
