I hear his next fight might be against Ken Shamrock. I've picked against Kimbo every fight so far and I've been wrong, but once again I'd probably take Shamrock. I'd think he has too much experience getting it to the ground and once it's there he should be able to have his way. Then again, he's older than the hills and hasn't looked good in years....
yes, he did look good but he still hasn't fought a decent enough opponent to last more then a minute.....his next opponent should be interesting...I wouldn't mind seeing him fight Ricco Rodriquez.
That beard simply wouldn't be allowed in boxing because it gives unfair protection. Look at the size and padding of it, its almost like a head guard. It reduces the power and traction of the punches when he is caught clean.
Really? What if said striker had a granite chin, could crack and have stamina? Do you know for sure that Kimbo has the will to come back or the stamina to attempt to in a firefight?
If they put him up against a real striker.. he will lose. Im not sure he can beat Buentello. He'd get badly hurt against Mighty Mo or Mark Hunt. And those are just guys who sling bombs.
That was an action packed fight. Kimbo seriously has good punching technique....probably the best I have seen in a mma heavyweight. What is his ground game like though? Cause if he did actually fight Tyson there is no way he would want to do stand-up against him
training with Rutten is a big plus. Of course, his achilles heel will always be the ground game.....or will it?:blood
Tank has been washed up for years. Did you even wounder why Kimbo was fighting Tank? Because it was a set up. A name fighter that is well passed his prime that has been KOed many times. In the last fight vs Cabbage, Tank was getting beat before he landed the lucky punch. Other then that Tank has been beaten to a pulp and realy isn't worth spit in MMA Anymore. Maybe a fight Tank might win vs Butterbean.
