    Rios is suspended & cant make 140

    Karim Mayfield is not ready & has not earned it

    Antonio Demarco is a possibility hope it happens

    Provo might have to go to 147 & fight Abregu!

    But TopRank/Hbo r struggling to find him a good opponent, as he is supposed to fight in April on hbo

    I may be wrong, but isn't he promoted by TR and fighting on HBO? Although I remember reading somewhere that isn't true.

    He is not promoted by TR I think they just have an option on his next fight, I believe he is promoted by Banner promotions, although he is an HBO fighter so that limits him some

    He's with Banner promotions but he's tied with HBO, same as Andrade.
    He could still fight the winner of Vargas - Allakhverdiev later in the year.

    Cesar Rene Cuenca - Undefeated Argentine at 46-0, holds the WBO Latino strap

    Then of course you have the winner of the upcoming WBA regular bout between Khabib cantbebotheredtospellhisnamecorrectly and Jessie Vargas

    At 147 you have the winner of Pacquiao/Bradley or even Juan Manuel Marquez or even the winner between Ricky Burns and Terrence Crawford
