    Barbell Complex:

    Bent leg deadlift 8-4 reps
    Hanging high pulls 8-4 reps
    Hang Cleans 8-4 reps
    Split Jerks 8-4 reps

    Barbell weight first round 45lbs 8 reps
    Barbell weight second round 55lbs 6 reps
    Barbell weight third round 75lbs 4 reps
    Barbell weight fourth round 75lbs 4 reps

    trying to do the whole complex with only a minute of rest between rounds. If I was going to box my reps would probably be 12-20 reps.

    4 sets Swiss Ball crunches
    +
    4 sets push ups 7 reps

    40-37 completion time so far.
