I just can't see Agbeko winning personally. Size advantage...power..whatever, his style just ain't going to look good against Darchinyan. Darch's handspeed, unorthodoxy will win the day.

Think he might win on points, some of these Africans are tough MOFO's so I say Darchinyan clear.

 

Agbeko hits harder than Kirilov and mijares.He will get Darchinyan attention and it will SURPISE VIC.It will be down hill from there for Darchinyan.King Kong will break Darchinyan HEART and physically he will fold. Darchiyan to get dropped by a right straight or a left hook.

Yeah. Vic takes this fight. Agbeko's D is better than Vic's but anybody who holds there hands up around chest hight has better defence than Darchinyan. The advantage comes in the way of Agbeko not really knocking out the quality opposition and also the way he seems to leed and duck straight down with his head. And Vic is a smart and very aggressive fighter. He will read this, or already have it planned, and land some pretty heavy blows on this man.

I mean the guy is gonna eat some seriously awkward uppercuts from Vic. I dont see this going the distance.

Now I'm not saying that Agbeko has no chance of stopping Vic, he obviously has power in those fist. But I see Vic stopping him in the mid to late rounds.

Arce as a recall was a 108 and 112 pnd, then moved up to 115 and is so sllowww.Mijares cannot punch..This Agbeko is un-known.I actually see him troubling Darchinyan.He fought some really tough hombres at 118. I may add alot tougher than Kirilov and Mijares. I am with King kong here for value big mistake on Darchinyans team for chosing King kong..

 

Vic spars with guys a LOT bigger then he is. Agbeko's power wont be an issue. Unless his timing and distancing is as sweet as Donaires, and unless his counters and speed are as good as Donaires, he will have to get lucky to win.

Power is only good if you manage to hit your opponent.

Do you see how cleanly Donaire hits opponents? Do you see how cleanly he hit Darchinyan to KTFO him?
Has anyone else been able to do that?

I think Agbeko is a real chance to win. But it won't be his power that does it. Or at least not power alone.

 

If a slow fighter like Arce can land a left hook on Darchinyan refer to ( rnd 4 on youtube) He is open for it.Agbeko has a nice right too.And this kid can land it on porous defense of Darchinyan.Agbeko has a what it takes to pull an upset..

Agbeko can land those punches, the sting of those punches will get to Darchi if not the accumulation factor becomes a factor.Because quite frankly he ( VIC) hasn't fought a puncher in the last 4 fights..Agbeko is untested.and does make mistakes too.. However I am confident he hits harder than Mijares and Kirilov and more agile and sharp than Arce. IHMO he can do damage to Darchi!! believe dat..

It will be another L for Darch tommorrow.
