Why are you surprised? MMA is RIFE with hormone abuse and has been before the sport was even main stream. This doesn't surprise me at all.

Not so much surprised as I'm sick of being disappointed.

After searching.. Maybe I am surprised. Royce Gracie? Damn him.

Royce got busted for gear a while ago. Personally i'm not disappointed. Hormone abuse is part of MMA and is going nowhere until Olympic style doping is adopted.

Unless you believe only three guys were on HGH in 2008 at Bejiing then we can safely say the Olympic Style Drugs Testing isn't what its cracked up to be.

Be as cynical as you like. It's obviously better than you're mandatory **** test. Remember the sample that Randleman submitted to NSAC when PRIDE came to Vegas? His sample didn't even contain any human hormones. That's how little fighters think of the current tests. Bottom line is Olympic testing is far more stringent with greater penalty's. Your argument is disingenuous and as usual biased in favour of your paymasters. :yep

So happy they are finally getting caught. I want to see some fighters careers ruined to set a necessary example.

    Sigh.

Your ridiculous envy at the fact that people pay me to write about MMA is reaching new heights today I see.

Anyhoo the point I was making is that people cite Olympic Style Testing as if its a magic bullet when the testing is very, very experimental and could be bogus. If it was effective as people say it should have caught more people cheating in the Olympics.

What is important is a robust, regular out of competition testing. Doesn't matter that its just a ****-test but if every fight knew that any day they could have a UFC-sponsor drugs tester on their door step then it would revolutionize the use of PEDs in the sport.

Won't happen. $2500 fine and a year suspension. Then back to business as usual. Plus there's nothing to stop them fighting overseas.

You laugh but why do you keep bringing it up? You must have mentioned my journalism more than I have...and not a little bit more but a significant multiple. Its obvious my writing professionally upsets you on some level.

Personally I think it's silly to be like that but then again I find most of your posts quite silly, so at least you're being consistent.
