King Mo: "Let [Winslow] fight 'Cyborg,' and let's do a late stoppage with her,"

He's got a big heart.. Someone near the top is listening and will observe her under a microscope in the coming months.

I didn't think it was that serious Saturday night as fighters have comeback from the dead before. After review, its clear to see that Larenz was defenseless on his back and couldn't do **** about.. Not to mention those heavy, heavy shots coming from over the top.

Hopefully I have the Cyborg/Finney fight in the stash so I can see what that's about.

 

Winslow was just giving them a chance to fight back. I'd rather see a late stoppage than an early one. We haven't seen a Kid Paret type of beating on anyone since Scott Morris got crushed by Pat Smith in UFC 2. She's no worse than Mazagatti. Mo is overreacting a bit but it's understandable.

 

it went on 6 punches too long. thats quite alot.

Terrible pre fight instructions. That means she would have stopped the Brock fight as soon as the kick landed. Sure he got stopped but similarly Scott Smith would not have got his amazing comeback if she stepped in at that stage.

I HATE early stoppages and I completely agree that a fighter has to be done before the fight is stopped but I hate horrible calls like this. If a ref can't stop LArkin in that situation then they shouldn't be in the game. Larkin was in a bad position, hurt and taking the exact same move repeatedly. 1 or 2 punches can be debatable but 5 BIG shots. Overall I counted Larkin taking 15 shots!

 

You can forgive a ref being one or two punches late.

Not five or six.

That's a ridiculous thing to say by her. She's a complete fool if she's expecting that response. Larkin was semi-comatose. That was a bad stoppage and Mo had every right to be furious with her. She's incompetent Look at how swollen the guys face was after the fight? He took a serious beating. Larkin should be banished to regional shows where she can learn he trade properly.

King Mo had that angry crying going on after the fight. You know when you get so angry that you are crying but not like a ***** but like a mad man who could unhinge QUICK!

 

She is a ****-poor ref and I do think the fact that she is a woman is the only thing saving her from getting canned.... but I could be wrong, there are lots of pathetic judges still employed.
